5 Must Have Lipstick Shades for Fall

By: Amanda Frittz

Personally, lipstick is one of my go-to makeup items. All I need before I walk out the door is some mascara, concealer, and lipstick and I’m good to go. However, shopping for lipstick can be overwhelming, especially when it’s online!! Lucky for you, I did all the hard work and have compiled a list of my favorite lipstick shades for fall 2018.

1)  Charlotte Tilbury’s Very Victoria – $34

This shade has been on my wishlist for quite some time and now that fall is here I am taking the plunge! It’s the perfect brown-nude-pink shade for an effortless fall touch. Charlotte Tilbury has some of my favorite lipsticks in the world and although this is the only shade making the list I highly recommend any of her pink and nude shades.

2)  Kiehls Butterstick Lip Treatment in Natural Nude – $19.50

If you live in a place like me (Oregon) then the cold and DRY weather will really be sucking the life out of your skin and lips. Kiehl’s lip treatments are amaaazing as they help moisturize your lips while giving them a beautiful flush of color.

3) Too Faced’s Natural Nudes Lipstick in Nip Slip– $22

Honestly, I had a hard time even recommending this shade because the name is so ridiculous. I wish makeup didn’t have to be so sexualized. Besides my rant, this shade is a gorgeous nude with an orange undertone that makes it totally fall appropriate.

4) Mac’s Minnie Lipstick in Sin M  – $10

This shade is the perfect brick red that will compliment both fair and dark skin tones.

5) Trish Mcevoy’s Veil Lip Color in Tuscan Rose – $30

This shade is the perfect pink shade for fall, it’s just rich and deep enough in color to brilliantly match your fall wardrobe and be cohesive with all the warm tones.
