Summer is here y’all and it’s time to dress for the occasion! If You’re like me, you’ll be soaking up the sun and enjoying the water on a weekly basis. Which means – you might be in need of some cute modest swimsuits!
I love summer fun, but as I grow older (I’m 21) the more I want to cover up and keep my body for my husband. However, I do not for-see me ever wearing a full water suit like some people choose to. I still want to look cute, and not have a ton of material weighing me down.
I’m all about one pieces! They’re cute and I don’t have to feel self conscious about any string coming undone. I can move freely without risking being exposed.
You guys, quick side note – when I was in middle school I jumped off a diving board only to have my bottoms come unraveled from the impact! So embarrassing. Luckily, half the bottom still clung to me, so I was able to readjust before coming out of the water. Even still, it was traumatizing.
That being said, I am totally pro-one-pieces for the added security. It’s nice to go about your activities without having to be paranoid about anything going astray. Plus, nowadays there are so many fashionable one-piece options! You don’t have to look frumpy to be slightly more covered up.
Pink Desert – Peplum Tankini
Not only is this tankini the cutest thing ever, they also have a kids selection with matching options! Of course, this style comes in multiple prints as well, but the daisy is my personal favorite.
Roolee – Callen Pocket Swimsuit
The design of this swimsuit is so adorable! The vertical stripes will help make you look tall and slimmer while at the same time, the waistband will bring attention to your tiniest area and help give you an hourglass shape!
The back of this swimsuit also features a really cute scoop back design and a thick criss cross tie!
Luca and Grae – Lotus Yellow Swimsuit
I feel like there’s a them here…. Have you caught on? I’ve been loving yellow for summer!
This swimsuit is super cute! It features a scoop in the back as well, and I feel that the tie details really make this swimsuit a winner. It’s easy for a one piece to completely swallow your figure, but I don’t think there’s anything wrong with showing you aren’t a rectangle!
Anthropologie – High Neck One-Piece
I love that this swimsuit still stands out even though it’s so simple. The stitching on this piece is stunning and ultra flattering.
Aerie – Pop Cut Out One-Piece
While this is one of the more revealing pieces on the list, I like that while it gives the illusion of a two-piece you are fully secured! I also love the sporty-chic design of the swimsuit. The back compliments the front with a racerback ultra cute design and full coverage bottoms.
Alboni Fit – Island Fever One-Piece
This store has a plethora of cute and trendy swim pieces that are more covered up than what’s typical on the market. Seriously, their patterns and designs are to die for.
Reformation – Cove One-Piece
Leave it to Reformation to make a stunning swimsuit you guys. This piece is truly stunning. The print is just gorgeous, and it has full coverage bottoms!
I love how feminine Reformation’s designs are. Their silhouettes are truly amazing!
Modcloth – The Erica One-Piece
ModCloth has a ton of modern and vintage-inspired swimsuits that are insanely cute! I love the off the shoulder design of this one and the mix of vertical and horizontal stripes. Plus, if you tucked this into shorts you would have a totally wearable outfit!
Free People – Pintucked Swimsuit
Free People for the win you guys! This suit is so cute. However, it is the priciest on the list. Which, is the only down fall. Otherwise, this suit is a dream. The details are so flattering, and it covers up beautifully.
I love the texture of this suit and hoe the straps tie. Everything about this swimsuit gives me summer day dreams!
Pin Desert – The Ruffle Scoop One-Piece
This suit is so cute! It reminds me of a white swimsuit I got from Target last year, with a similar design. Unfortunately, the one from target wasn’t the best quality so the elastic bands became visible after washing.
I love the fun ruffle design, and think it’s so feminine and flirty! This would be the perfect swimsuit for a tropical vacation.
This is so cute and helpful for finding out info! I love the swimsuit article, because finding modest swimsuits can be really hard! 🙂

Thanks! I am a Christian teen wanting to find a cute modest swimsuit. I also found that Geode Swimwear has adorable swimsuits! I bought their Havana One Piece, which I love! I want to find more swimsuits, but I am having a hard time finding a good modest one. Thanks for posting these! However, I would appreciate if there were more budget friendly ones since that is what I find I need.

There’s a new company called Honeymark that has gorgeous modest swimsuits as well. They are pricier, but I think an investment is worth it if you plan on using it for years to come. I’ll try to make a budget-friendly list in the future if I find some cheaper alternatives!
I am looking for tween and teen granddaughters. They will be different sizes next year and usually wear out a swimsuit or even 2 each season as they love the water. These are great choices that would look good but I am like many others and can’t spend more than $50 per child and would even like some $30 sale prices. Will look for your next article.Thanks.
