I’ve been wanting to make a Christian playlist for my blog forever! There’s so much music on the radio that is ultra catchy, but once I listen to the lyrics I cringe.

I want to be intentional with what I speak out into the world, and what I’m allowing my lips and ears to praise. There are some pop songs that I still love and listen to. However, I’m much more selective than I used to be.

On this playlist, you will find primarily worship music – but that doesn’t mean it’s bad! Seriously you guys, this playlist is going to give you all the same summer vibes as listening to mainstream hits. I don’t believe you should have to sacrifice good music in order to praise God, so I was very picky when creating this playlist. All the songs will be perfect for summer hangouts and road trips!

I’m not telling anyone they can’t listen to pop music either! I’m just giving you an amazing playlist that honors God and doesn’t have any bad suggestions in it. Feel free to listen to this on its own or add any of the songs to your own customized summer playlist.

Personally, I notice my behavior and thought process changes when I don’t constantly wash my mind with the truth. That’s why I wanted to share this playlist. If I feel this way, there’s probably someone else that does too. I’m sure that they also wouldn’t want to give up music that’s catchy and easy to sing along to!
